OvercatKings $6 Best-Ball Tournament

Welcome to the OvercatKings Best-Ball Tournament 12,000 entrants will compete for the Overcat Best Ball Grand Prize. There will be a total of 4 rounds QUALIFIERS WEEKS 1-14 (round 1) -1200 managers will compete to move on to Quarter finals. The team with the most points from all 100 leagues, weeks 1-14 will win a prize of $1,000 QUARTERFINALS WEEK 15 (Round 2) - 100 teams. Highest scoring 50 teams advance to week 16. The top 50 teams will advance to round 3 and win a prize of $5 ($x50=$250) SEMIFINALS WEEK 16 (Round 3) - 50 teams. Highest scoring 12 teams Advance to week 17 The top 12 advance to round 4 and win a prize of $5 ($5x12=$60) FINALS WEEK 17 (Round 4) - Week 17 - the top 12 scoring teams will compete for the grand prize The top 3 teams will compete for 1st = $3,750 2nd = $1,000 3rd= $375 Weekly Prizes weeks 1-13 The highest scoring team from all 12,00 participants from weeks 1-13 will win a weekly prize of $5 ($5x13=$65) RAKE $9.7% It takes a lot of time and patience to deal with over 1000 participants, Commissioning and managing all 100 leagues over the course of 17 weeks. (I will be in about 8-10 teams myself.) The 9.7% goes time spent managing the leaderboard from week to week, monitoring all 100 drafts as a participant and/or non playing commish, weekly updates of the top scoring teams from each league.I am also League bookkeeper and treasurer, Managing the *Leaguesafe and making sure the payouts go out on a timely manner as soon as the 2023 Fantasy Football season is over. Bottom line, this will consume my free time. Most tournament platforms do 11% *All leaguesafe prizes will be finalized at the end of the Fantasy Football Season. League funds can be distributed after 51% of league Users approve the commissioner's assignment of league funds. Majority approval: League funds are distributed only after 51% of league members vote to approve the commissioner's allocation. DRAFTING All drafts will be 20 rounds, fast draft and have a timer of 30 seconds. This will be a master draft. There will be NO TRADES, NO ADDS, NO DROPS, NO WAIVER WIRE, NO DRAFT PICK TRADING. The 20 players you draft will be the 20 players at the end of the season. Post draft results will be made available to ALL participants in the tournament. Links to all completed drafts will be sent out through leaguesafe, Emails and through the OverCatKings Twitter handle @OverCatKings1 AUTODRAFT If you do not make a pick before your pick clock expires, Sleeper will draft a player for you. Sleeper will pick the highest player from your queue Sleeper will pick the highest from the Sleeper ADP COLLUSION Each manager is permitted to enter 1 team in each league. Colluding with any other manager is prohibited. If you have colluded with, or controlled more than one account/team in any ONE league, I may terminate the team, revoke or withhold any prizes that may have been won. The prize will go to the next highest scoring team in said league Canceled/rescheduled NFL Games If any game is canceled or ends prematurely, those players involved in the game/games will end that week with the points they have (or have not) accumulated. I will not factor in projected scores for canceled or postponed games. Contest Info Entrants are required to pay the entry fee of $9 per entry into the OvercatKings Tournament. Entrants draft a team of players who accumulate points throughout the duration of the contest Once each draft is complete, their rosters are set. NO WAIVERS, NO SUBSTITUTIONS, NO TRADES, NO WAIVERS, NO IR At the end of each NFL week, Sleeper automatically selects each team's highest scoring players at the designated positions to be “Starters' ' and only those players’ statistics over that week are counted towards each team's accumulated score.
