The top 6 scoring teams in Year 4 make the playoffs. $50 a year. Owners must pay $200 for all 4 years to join. Roster size increases every year and so do starting positions. No trading future picks, and no in season trading. Rookie draft based on PF. All players from eliminated teams get added to waivers. Teams get $1000 FAAB to last all 4 years.
