I'm starting a Vampire League here are the rules for vampire leagues. One player is the vampire, he or she can not draft; they have to build a team with the waiver wire. The people who draft a team can not use the waiver wire or trade for the whole season. The team you draft is what you’re stuck with for the season. If a Fantasy owner loses a week to the vampire, the vampire gets to take a player from that person’s starting lineup and trades the loser a player of the same position. Vampire gets first crack at waivers every week then after I'm done then everyone else can claim waivers. Vampire for following season is the Commissioner of the league and then starting next season it will be whoever finished this season in last place. If not the previous season’s Vampire, the team that was the Vampire inherits the new Vampire’s rookie picks. Rookie Draft is two rounds (22 Picks). Vampire has no picks. Vampire can then choose two from left over pool. Vampire must declare their intended target by Wednesday each week.  If they win, a trade of like position for like position must be made. Vampire can not choose same position two weeks in a row. Vampire can only choose a player on the starters roster can't select someone who was on the bench. Therefore, Players on a BYE are off limits for the trade. The Vampire may elect to target a player on IR, however if a targeted player is injured and moved to IR after the declaration but prior to games being played, the Vampire may declare a new target. The Team playing the Vampire may not trade a player declared as the Vampire’s Target during the week of their match. First Vampire will be Commissioner of the league which will be me but after this season it will be selected as the player who finishes last. Pick 12 will be the Vampire. Positional caps: QB-3, RB-8, WR-8, TE-2, and 2 IR slots THINK YOU CAN STOP AND KILL THE VAMPIRE??? LET'S FIND OUT!!!
