Just say your looking for serious players only that don’t leave your leagues… that stay for the draft when it starts and be there when it your turn

That how you get auto picks

It's fair to leave if I realize it's a slow draft and well before my first pick

After first pick there is no leaving

That why I suggested a slow draft

So there wouldn’t be any issue

This slowdraft tho each pick could take 12 hours

I had to reset the league because everyone wanted a fast draft
