384 Team Dynasty League. NCAA themed... each team is named after a college football team. But thats just the vibe, its normal Dynasty with NFL players. Its 384 teams grouped into 12 Team Conferences, same conferences as real life college football. SEC, Mountain West, etc... some conferences like the BIG EAST were given the independent teams so they could have 12 total. Now each conference of 12 teams is in itself, a physically separate league with its own copy of every player. You only draft and trade from within ur own conference. Same for rookies. So for example, there is a Courtland Sutton in every single conference of 12. But no team can have two of the same player cus you cant trade outside of ur conference. Weeks 1-10 you compete from within your conference. Two best teams from within the conference faceoff in the conference championship in week 11. If you win the conference championship then you go to the playoffs and manually face off against all the other conference champions from other 12 team conferences in the playoffs. Which is weeks 12-16. Non playoff teams who have atleast a .500 record get to face off in more manual random matchups which are bowl games. This is all organized through me on a huge spreadsheet. 2019 was a success! Army ironically won the ship, felt like the 1950s. You can either adopt a team or draft ur own by joining an expansion conference. Being a part of the groupme groupchat is a necessity. Otherwise you cant interact with the whole NCAA league. You would be locked off within ur own conference on sleeper. Its not something i budge on, you need to do this part. After you do all this you can choose to adopt a team or join an expansion conference and draft ur own team. You then change your logo on groupme to the college team you pick. Then I add you to the groupme groupchat and your conference's seperate sleeper league. The last step is I share the league's spreadsheet with you so you can finally get a grasp on the big picture. DM me with questions and or info. This is as good as it gets folks.
