PSA: I caught two cheaters in a league today. Accounts: Holdthepickle Theworkman23 These are the same user and they are cheating to stack their own teams. They use the same IP address. Check if you have these users in your leagues.

The cheater definitely tried to avoid detection but I think because of the type of league we were using, super flex, and the bad drafts he did with the teams that the trades are what tipped me off. I understand that this may help other cheaters but hopefully this topic informs other honest managers in how to catch cheaters

Don’t use a site for payments. Do it directly with your league. Just my opinion. How we’ve always done.

But, my league is people who all know eachother personally

We run a few money leagues with people from around the world, and on occasion need a few fill ins, just like a lot of people on Sleeper. So one structured easy site to collect money and have a majority rule pay-out for the winner helps

We send our money to Seattle where commish lives, and we receive our payments when we win. But I totally understand having leagues and international leagues where payment can be a problem

Hopefully there's some other commishs out there reading this that can DM me if they have a better way to handle the money

Give me your phone number and call me so I know you are a unique user is probably the only way to verify people

Phone number is a great start. But I pay for 2 numbers a month. Mine and my lady’s. So I could easily scam on that

Haha well if you want voice recognition then that’s even better, but again, I could just use my old lady to fill in on the voice overs while I run the team. Just saying. I want to find a way to prevent this
