Nice work man! I’m sure it’s not easy to find the IP address of your league mates. Years ago when I was renting a room in a house, my roommates conspired against me to force me to pay the internet bill every month because “I was the only person in the house who used WiFi” Well, there’s a little app that will tell you what devices are connected to your WiFi and for how long and even the names of the devices. So I let them build their case for a few weeks, and then I shattered it with my proof of all of them using WiFi every day. Haha
I hope you have more proof than just the same IP address. If you connect from office, library, etc. it's possible for several people to have same IP address. Now if they're clearly colluding, that's a different story.
I hear so many complaints about league mates who are randoms, no way am I messing with that BS.

This was a money league
The moment I called them out they left the league
The trades they were making, it was obvious that one account was a dummy account
I compared via other managers other leagues the two share
I had a friend do a draft with them and compare notes on what they did to stack their teams
These were low value leagues
$10-$20 buy ins
I built evidence for 2 weeks and today they made a very sheisty trade so I called them out
They just left. Caught red handed. Used the same IPs and were acting in collusion
I asked sleeper to verify unique ips and asked league safe to verify unique payments
I brought a lot of evidence over multiple leagues to make my case and I'm confident they are cheaters.
