Ruggs had a massive screw-up and will be charged with DUI, someone was killed in this incident and he’ll likely be navigating through the legal system, probably will not see the field for a good while Sad to hear that there was a casualty and I feel for those involved though, that’s tough to soak in
He def shouldn’t be able to play football ever again he deserves to lose everything
