In the minimal times I have been able to see the Eagles play (including last night) it seems to me that a high percentage of the time when the run a RPO Hurts keeps the ball. That is called a tendacy and defensive coaches see that too. So defenders know it too. SO when they see RPO they focus on Hurts and more times than not the play is busted.
