Teams are trying to save cap space for 2021 rollover when the cap drops so they won’t be hitting him up for more then a mil or 2. CMC would still be a dude but yes itd hurt. Would help them elongate his career and not waste his talent on bad teams
I mean a #1 overall getting vultured is not ideal
