Williams doesn’t seem to be a 3 down back. They brought in shady last year and they drafted ceh In the first round. They will maybe split at first but ceh will most likely take over later on during the season.

This year he's a risky Round 2 but safe Round 3 with immense upside. Just don't make him your RB1 in fantasy, he should be your RB2 paired with a safe RB1.
