“#Browns TE David Njoku has requested a trade, per @AdamSchefter. The team wants to keep him, but Njoku is hoping for a trade before training camp.”

Mason76 5 years ago

This is Drew Rosenhaus’s doing imo, Njoku was just fine being in Cleveland and now all of a sudden.....

Hooper 💹💹💹

@JCribbs1521 They'd have to restructure something. They only have 200k cap left.

@OsoGrande I bet he’d take a cut to play on that team with Cam for a few seasons

Pot8odragon 5 years ago

This guy has been hyped every single off-season as "about to breakout" and really never does. Hopefully a new scene can help him become the player we all thought he could be

motherlover 5 years ago

Don’t blame him honestly mans a great athlete and wants his touches should be interesting

I like the Texans,Cowboys or Miami. All weak ar the TE position with really good QB play(Tua for next year)

The issue here.. is that Njoku just isn't very good

Pot8odragon 5 years ago

@JCribbs1521 call me a homer but I'd take Jarwin over Njoku. Witten/ Jason Garrett really stunted the dudes growth but he's a pass catching beast

IZigUZag 5 years ago

He is better than Hayden Hurst, though

@JCribbs1521 Miami has gesicki

JCribbs1521 5 years ago

@Pot8odragon agreed but I can see Dak asking for a guy like that. Jarwin’s ceiling is lower than Joker IMO

JCribbs1521 5 years ago

@MrKeeney Gesicki’s a bust already

@JCribbs1521 IDK man. Looking at their stats, Jarwin has played 1 less year, has only 35 less catches and 3 less TDS than Njoku. That's with playing behind witten who had 63 catches for 529 yards and 4tds last year. Jarwin ceiling is way higher

JCribbs1521 5 years ago

@Pot8odragon I’m saying in that Cowboys system Njok would have a higher ceiling. I think Hooper’s ceiling is stunted cause of the Browns. Jarwin is good but idk if he’s a Tier 1 TE

Pot8odragon 5 years ago

@JCribbs1521 but who are tier 1 TEs? Kittle, Kelce, and Andrews. Njoku is like bottom end tier 2. Not talking about potential, what he's put on the field. I would put Jarwin at tier 3, but in the Dallas system will put up more numbers than if Njoku went to the pats or green bay

JCribbs1521 5 years ago

I feel Njoku could be borderline low TE1 in the Cowboys offense but no not top tier unless he lands in a dream-spot

jack1324 5 years ago

bottom end TE2 😂😂😂😂

jack1324 5 years ago

MF

jack1324 5 years ago

dude finished TE9 with one of the worst QB’s in the entirety of football in 2018 and you have the balls to call him a bottom end TE2

Pot8odragon 5 years ago

@jack1324 yeah TE9 isn't great my dude.

jack1324 5 years ago

in what world is finishing top 10 not great?

3
jack1324 5 years ago

that’s like high TE2 range, and you’re calling him a bottom of the barrel TE
