Panthers should go after a guy like Mike Tomlin. SB experience would help a team that is having a reset currently. And besides Cam, (who might not even be there next year) there aren’t many personalities there for Tomlin to struggle with.

This means there will be turnover in other parts of the coaching staff this offseason. If Norv Turner also exits, it will lower CMC's fantasy value for 2020. Norv is one of very few OCs in the NFL who uses a bell-cow at RB instead of some sort of committee approach. CMC's insane volume and snap rate will likely come down next year because of this.
