Wait I just remembered something. Everyone here is missing the most obvious detail. Against the Packers the Vikings were making a comeback and when Diggs scored a TD he threw his helmet off. That got penalized and put the Packers in a good position to seal the game. After the game Zimmer openly called out Diggs to the media and even went as far as to say what Diggs did is just plain stupid and that he can’t be selfish like that and needs to put the team first. Clearly Diggs is a baby and didn’t like hearing the coach call him out like that in the post game interview.
