Realistic view is that most teams now utilize multiple RBS. In addition Reid knows McCoy. They are going to utilize them as needed. He told shady that he liked William's before he even brought him in so expectations were proper. Just a side piece. And both are there until Thompson gets his shot. The end.

As a Darrel Williams owner, I’m holding on to him. Chances are Damien Williams could get hurt again, or the Chiefs will realize that Darrel is the best RB they have and he can emerge as the starter. No shame in a stash for a high octane offense. Shady doesn’t scare me with his old man ankles.
