Here is my take on the situation. AB. .. great football player...bad person. ... there is no evidence that this second accusation happened. However, the fact that he immediately responded to it while making an effort to include her in the group chat so she sees what is coming at her is not smart. It was not an outright threatening or intimidating message in itself. As in no threatening language aimed at her directly. But it does appear to be trying to get a message across to her without outright threatening her. This I admit is shady but not "scary" I don't believe this warrants her fearing for her welfare or life... so I do think that the media is over playing this story. Also this message compared to the language from the texts in the rape allegations is completely different and more put together. Leading me to believe that one or the other is fake.. or he is trying to make an effort to be less hurtful to his image. Wether he is innocent or not is beside the point. That is not for us to pass judgement. That is for the courts and mediating parties and investigators. What bothers me aside from these accusations if true is the fact that him responding at all is hurting his image more. He should just shut his mouth and let his lawyers and involved parties and agencies do thier jobs. If they need information they would ask him. Him putting himself in these situations where his emotions and reactions are made to the public is not going to help his case. He obviously is a very reactionary and emotional being. If I was his attorney I would advise him to stop. And if I was AB it would behoove you to listen to your attorney. He is either stupid or mentally incapable of helping himself. He plays the card where he feels attacked and victimized by the media. But does he not realize that all these stories that villianize him come about because of how he reacts to things? Jeesus.
