Just had surgery last week on my tibial plateau for the same fracture. If it’s 4mm or less he will be 2-3 months non weight bearing. Most likely they will recommend surgery for knee stability. It’s a crushing injury to the top of his tibia that has to be rebuilt with bone graft. I currently have 3 screws and a plate. Weird coincidence.

How long does this usually take?
