But when you think about it. 12.5% of the population is black...so if white and black people were equally good at QB on average then there should still be fewer black QBs than white QBs

@prisonmike28 they just started letting black qbs play in the NFL due to racial bias...similar to the Tuskegee airmen...thought they were not smart enough (as white counterparts) to carry out the job efficiently...plus the qb is considered a coach/general on the field - that title could not go to a black qb due to racist sentiment..but that is changing

Guarantee hi 10-12 million in which he will accept. Put up stellar numbers, while still building his brand and sign a huge 3 year deal with someone after good behavior.
