“So now, barring an unexpected trade, the #Chargers say Melvin Gordon can play for $5.605 million or not play at all https://t.co/ibxORCSDK5”

Top07 6 years ago

@TenaciousD89 That's called a rookie deal. Not the chargers offer. That's put together by the nfl.

AdamOakes 6 years ago

If he doesnt show up. Gordon has to pay them even more money LMAO

maddmaxxnyg 6 years ago

@Top07 damn. That’s kind of fucked up about him. But what if he’s just trying to get paid now. Because he knows he can’t stay healthy.

Top07 6 years ago

@maddmaxxnyg And he should try to get paid. I totally get it. This is his one big chance! The problem is he thinks he's worth more than he is. $10 mil is about right

We already saw what ekeler can do and he's good but he's not as good as Gordon and what happened if ekeler gets injured again then it's soley on Jackson and if Jackson get injured and Gordon says fuck you I'm not playing

Top07 6 years ago

I think it's most likely his agent. He needs to fire his agent

maddmaxxnyg 6 years ago

@AdamOakes 10mil for two years?? Ehh idk about that. I think he’s worth more.

kevintrinh15 6 years ago

@CALQLON that’s more pressure on him for his teammates than it is the organization

JonnyBlaze24 6 years ago

Shud I try and trade miles sanders for Gordon? Std league

Top07 6 years ago

It was $10mil average salary per yr. 4th highest pay for rb

2
Top07 6 years ago

maddmaxxnyg 6 years ago

pdavis810 6 years ago

not kamara

Top07 6 years ago

Gurley, Bell, DJ...... right now. Until zeke signs

1
Top07 6 years ago

10mil yr would have put him right after DJ

Top07 6 years ago

Gurley is 14 or so a yr. Bell 13

CALQLON 6 years ago

@kevintrinh15 you’re right (it’s a thought situation) reminds me of the Bell and the Steelers but still an RB doesn’t have years to play in this league (right) just like Zeke is doing - and just like Bell - you have to fight for what you’re worth, because the owner wont

SD anyways draft good backs. And let them go when they r fading. Gordon to risky

Top07 6 years ago

I totally get him trying to get paid. This is his one big deal. Rookie contact until now. This next deal will be 4-5 yrs. Hes 26. After this deal he's 30yrs old. So I get it. It's just he's not as good as those other backs and the offer is right.

McWheelerson 6 years ago

Chargers done messed this on up.
