Does it not seem like the bills are the team to trade for Melvin. Just dumped all McCoy money and have a rookie qb who needs help and is on a cheap deal.

@YouMustGetR3kt he got greedy and asked for top dollar. They offered him at WORST a reasonable deal. He isn’t Zeke or even Bell. He’s just not worth 13+ million. Chargers are in the right to do this. He got greedy, and has casted a major shadow over the franchise as they are preparing to make a run at a SB. It’s clear Melvin can’t get this money from another team so far. So why would the Chargers pay him 10% of their cap when they have to extend Rivers, Allen, Bosa, and Ingram all in the next two years or less?

@RealFantasy you can’t pay Melvin 10% of the cap with Rivers, Bosa, Keenan, Ingram with pay days coming up. You don’t risk the well being of the entire franchise over an RB who isn’t the best RB in the league and couldn’t settle for being like a top 5 paid RB. It’s not stupid at all.

@rexking tough call. Risky each way if you get 80 cents on the dollar I would probably trade. If you own the handcuffs though I would hold cause he could still get traded.
