“This isn't good. On @KNBR, #49ers GM John Lynch implied that RB Jerick McKinnon suffered another setback in his recovery. "It’s a real bummer. He keeps getting to the final step. We did it a month ago and he kinda regressed and yesterday we had a similar situation."”

That value they got from signing him though

tenz0r 6 years ago

I drafted this dude with my 2nd pick last year. Then he was out for the year. Skipped him on the draft this year because of last year. Made my 2nd wavier claim so far this season on him when I heard he was back at practice as a flyer. Now this, full circle indeed

2nd round *

vaalexios 6 years ago

@tenz0r that's why you don't draft early

@joseestrada203 you expect the patriots to go pass heavy this year and Michel to be a 3 down workhorse????

VICTOR27 6 years ago

I've been checking on websites and 49ers website they have Matt breida as a starting running back. Do you guys think is true?

thehoodie88 6 years ago

Probably. He averaged 5.3 ypc last year

thehoodie88 6 years ago

But I bet it's close to 50/50 with tevin

VICTOR27 6 years ago

Mad Breida been killing it

VICTOR27 6 years ago

I think I'm starting him week 1

Dcizle1970 6 years ago

They didn't bring Coleman in for 2 yrs 8.5 million to sit, timeshare 60-40 Coleman

thehoodie88 6 years ago

@Dcizle1970 you're right. They paid him a low risk/salary contract to split carries. 👍

I'll take a little flier on breida

CALQLON 6 years ago

So what’s the consensus here: Start Breida or start Coleman? (This board has been very split on the two)

VICTOR27 6 years ago

I think is Breida the staring RB. I'm going with Breida on my flex with CMC and Cook

CohibaGio 6 years ago

@CALQLON breida if youre a real man

CohibaGio 6 years ago

@GioPaul wassup Gio?

thehoodie88 6 years ago

@CALQLON there is no real answer. Both will get touches it seems

@vaalexios I get that, I rather not, but I wasn’t in charge, and that league I was in, we do live in person drafts and people have school and other obligations so we have to draft in the summer time when everyone was available. Drafting early has its benefits too, I was able to draft Conner as my last pick before he blew up
