“The #Cowboys have offered RB Ezekiel Elliott a contract which would make him the second highest-paid RB in the NFL behind Todd Gurley, per @WerderEdESPN.”
I wouldn’t agree to that but majority rules in league voting. If you can get away with it, take advantage
Ok. K or d would be an exception but you’d still have to draft players to fill the spots and drop them for week one to pick up kicker and d. My plan is to not take a kicker and fill that spot with pollard...if zeke plays, drop him week one for your kicker. Just an example of what you can do. I never draft a kicker and pick up a potentially valuable person early in the season (like pollard) and just drop him as soon as he’s not relevant
Yep - I’m thinking we actually take the route of needing to fill your roster just not every position needs to be filled
It's not about money. How.much money is enough. It's about ego. Take your money, play football, and be happy. Who cares if your the TOP paid RB.
As a fantasy owner, I want him to sign. As a cowboys fan, fuck him
@REDZ0NE-KING I love when ppl whose not in that predicament talk Lmaooooo u a goofy
Barkley won’t be a giant in 3 years
Hating on a player who knows his worth. A RB gets 1 contract
Some of y’all don’t know football I swear
Get your money Zeke
@Leqion I agree, they get one contract. But he's one season too early for this nonsense
@GailTheSnail it’s now or never
He has no leverage bro
Is it? 😂
Explain
@GailTheSnail if he gets hurt this year u think they pay him?
That could've happened last year
So was last year now or never, too?
By that analogy, every year is now or never
@GailTheSnail next year is his player option which is Melvin Gordon current state
He's not in the same position as Bell was, that's all I'm saying. What he's doing now is a terrible look for an already blemished look for Zeke
The NFL don’t care about RBs clearly
His off-field issues every year, then this to the guy who stuck by him through the shit. He's showing zero loyalty, and if Dallas keeps him this year, next year, and tags him for 2 years, his prime is over. He'll be 27 years old with a history of off field issues and issues with management
His agent is chasing that check and misguiding him
