“#Cowboys are signing S George Iloka, source says.”

Esp if it's only a Lombardi that'd save the guy

It's all about publicity. If Garrett is fired, then it looks bad on Jerry. If Garrett is just not extended, then Jerry just looks like a man making a business decision necessary to move on.

Does it look that bad tho? Garrett's mostly disappointed in his time in Dallas unless I've missed something

Two division titles in the last three years, including a playoff win.

Disappointing other than that tho

It's a disappointing division tho

Is it? Three super bowl titles since 2007 and zero repeat division champions since 2003

I mean recently

You can't tell me the Giants and Redskins have been good the last 3 years

In two of the lat three seasons, the NFC East has fielded two playoff teams, including the 11-5 NY Giants.

Not to mention in the year betweens the division fielded the super bowl champs.

Dayum, the 11-5 Giants were only 3 years ago

Feels like forever lol

Wow

Right?

Also, the NFC East is the only division that is undefeated against Brady in the super bowl when playing against him multiple times.

Damn ghostfire out here spitting fire

Idk, I still feel like the Cowboys should've been able to do more with the talent they've had

No excuses. They should have. And a big root of the problem is gone

They've had some shitty injury luck over JGs tenure as well, no excuses but it has to factor in

Hopefully Moore mixes the playbook up a little bit and schemes better than Linehan.

Linehans playbook was essential NFL Blitz lol

Linehan drove me up the wall with his play calls
