hype

“ESPN's Dianna Russini said on NFL Live that "most GMs" around NFL believe offers to free agent Le'Veon Bell are "coming in around $11-12 million" per year, and that's obviously well short of what Bell wants.”

berk 7 years ago

@danzi11a your team has been sunk since Namath !! WTF are you talking about!!?!??

The way y’all handled Bell was horrible. The man just wanted more guaranteed $. Shoulda given it to him. Now you won’t even sniff the playoffs..

When ben retires we will have talent in the wings and wont be stuvk with big pay on a qb just like when ben was rook ... we won the bowl that year

Ogun 7 years ago

In a weird way I’m happy for Steelers Nation

vino969 7 years ago

You'll see YbeSmiley. First he's gonna give that old "maybe I should retire" lie. Then the bodies under the bus.

ThatFFGuy 7 years ago

@landi you don’t give someone more money than needed

berk 7 years ago

@landi giving him 5 yr 70 million?!? How is a guy to eat?

Ogun 7 years ago

They can get back to the hard hat mentality

TheLiftedCenter 7 years ago

Steeler fans could give 2 shits. The team now has 2 rbs that can step in and do what Bell dis.

Berk only like $20 was guranteed!

jt6879 7 years ago

@Ogun it’s a bit of a relief to have these two gone. A lot less drama, back to hard work and hard hat Steelers football

Slightly unpopular opinion: AP deserves a contract before Bell. Rather have someone on my team who plays hard, leaves everything on the field and has geniune love for the sport. Guy showed he still has some HOF caliber juice left in the tank. Posted a VERY solid season (1,000+ yds, 4.2ypc, 7td) on the dilapidated Redskins and showed he can tote the ball 20+ times a game. AP needs a 2 year, 8mil contract on a team with playoff visions. Said team can then draft a rb in 2019 draft and groom him to be the starter once AP retires.

Y’all silly. Steelers day we gave him $17/year wa wa. It’s all about the guranteed my man.

berk 7 years ago

@landi oh no!! Steelers always pay their guys.

Mason76 7 years ago

This is uncharted territory for the Steelers...having those internal problems. They will rebound though...and be just fine I'm sure

landi 7 years ago

danzi11a 7 years ago

@landi Funny how these guys are refusing to understand that. Guaranteed money is basically the real offer

3
landi 7 years ago

He’s going to Colts or Jets. I hope he goes to Colts. He’ll light it up with Luck..

ThatFFGuy 7 years ago

@landi well giving Gurley all that money didn’t do anything for the Rams in the playoffs
