Puka will be a decoy and most likely on a snap count. Not to mention the Rams true WR1, Cooper Kupp, is back. I can see McVay sending Puka on shallow routes so it opens up things for Kupp but thats about it. I will shift to a WR who will actually see meaningful snaps and can catch the ball downfield like Cedric Tillman.
