achilles tendonitis pretty much never goes away. Right now my left achilles feels perfectly fine, but if I don't stretch or warm it up enough, it legit will feel like it is going to tear if I sprint any distance. And that's just from playing fcking softball. Can't imagine trying to play RB with it
