When u have trainers like him around the clock, that could get worked out in days on the not injured leg. I’ve been dealing with mine for 3 years and it happened to me on the other leg and it was alarming but it was just super tight because it was getting more stress. I hope he doesn’t get a shot like I did and go in a boot bc that set me way back with the atrophy
