Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) is not out practicing with the rest of the WRs, per @KelseyLConway Something to monitor…
Watson had like 3 games where he did good not being td dependent
TDs are part of the game
Watson does have a pretty good sample of being a red zone target
If he can’t rack up the yards and receptions tee can. He’s not nearly touching him in fantasy. Plus if you see how packers are doing their offense… it’s gonna be spread
So therefore due to that fact with Watson being hurt a lot, he won’t even have a big workload.
Watson is a deep threat. Correct? Wicks is too. They don’t wanna risk injury on Watson, the ball will be evenly spreaded, narrowing the chance of injuries.
Watson is a worthless fantasy pick
Sooo not feeling great about Bengals as my survivor pick
Might move to the Bucs..
Watson going later does not mean he has to beat Tee. It in fact means Tee has to beat Watson by a specified amount to be the better pick
Just traded 3 firsts for burton
Tee will get 8-10 targets a game maybe more. Always been Burrows redzone guy cause he’s Best jump ball WR in the NFL. Watson will have boom or bust games never consistent.
Plus he will have more bust than boom games
I’m 100 percent confident in saying tee will have a good 80 more fantasy points than Christian Watson.
Stupid question but do you think tee higgins would claim a hamy injury to pressure the team to give chase a contract for his homie. I mean do guys do that for each other?
This guy is always questionable
But I am confident in saying I’m not betting on Watson to see 8-10 targets consistently. Or even surpass 10 targets in a game and if he does it’s cause injury of wicks
Watson doesn’t need as many targets as Tee to be impactful because he’s more efficient with the targets he gets
And I’m arguing ADP value. Not total fantasy production
And 2 games tee was limited playing time. One of those he was taken out the game first quarter with injury. Meaning those games don’t truly count against him. 🤷
Will continue to be hurt
Packers do 1 thing really really really good. And that’s tweaking their hamstrings.
Unless he corrects the hamstring asymmetry like he did
I mean I’m not really sure what you’re arguing since you literally don’t think Watson will finish higher than Tee. And I’m willing to go to the extent to say he never will.
