hype

Daniel Popper of @TheAthletic believes the three WRs used in 11 personnel packages for the LA Chargers will be: Joshua Palmer, rookie Ladd McConkey, and DJ Chark. Leaving out last year’s 21st overall pick, Quentin Johnston 😳

QJ was a raw prospect who was always gonna take some molding. The drops are ugly though.

I'd say it's unfair if he got hurt but he played 17 games

DWilliams 1 year ago

Not sure the chargers will put him a position to succeed though

Puckett 1 year ago

And if LAC bench him with this WR room then obviously year 2 is off to a rough start

SunnyvaleBaby 1 year ago

Anyone thinking that is dumb, chark is dog shit, Johnston still rough around the edges but he hasn’t had a true spot yet or a true chance to prove himself

SunnyvaleBaby 1 year ago

Chark had tons of opportunities to stay healthy and get production but he’s nothing more than a deep threat and not a fast one at that

SunnyvaleBaby 1 year ago

Best of the chargers receivers are still gunna be not great since harbaugh gunna run the high school styler wishbone and run it up the gut every play

How do GM’s miss so bad on some players?? It’s embarrassing.

I wanted the chargers to get JSN in that draft. They shoulda traded up and grabbed him. Instead they stayed put and took Quit’n Johnson

Just for reference Puka 13 of 117

I’m not really why chargers even have WRs on the roster. Don’t need WRs for 2 yards and a cloud of dust offense.

What is Herbert this year QB 18 (redraft/bestball)?

inabelwetrust 1 year ago

Quentin Johnson is a fucking BUST 1st round and he gets cut like this?? B

dhopsszn1 1 year ago

Brendon Rice????

cpayton86 1 year ago

First, who TF is Daniel Popper? He must be legit… Secondly, if true, Chargers should probably trade him before releasing an official depth chart.

QJ is done. It’s a wrap folks.

Doogie007 1 year ago

I liked QJ coming out, didn’t end up with a lot of exposure thankfully, but Burks I was all in on 😭😭

Virtues 1 year ago

I.E. we have no clue and will learn more at camp.

adamemami 1 year ago

For the QJ truthers out there, no better time than now to buy low 🥴

daftdunk 1 year ago

Well yeah he hasn't shown he can win outside yet, he might be better suited rotating in the slot. But Chark will start til QJ proves he's better and if he can't it's joever

WolfofRedraft 1 year ago

It’s going to take QJ 15 years to produce what Ladd is going to do in his rookie year
