The Vikings and TE T.J. Hockenson have agreed to terms on an extension that will make him one of the NFLโs highest-paid tight ends, per @tompelissero and @rapsheet.
And Hock's numbers in Det don't matter, different offense, different uses. Hock's best season is forth coming, mark my words. I will take him early if I can. I have the 2nd pick overall in my draft -- sadly, I won't get JJ, but that would be a great combo, JJ, Hock, and maybe even Kirk.

I'm glad I sold Justin Jefferson and Jonathan Taylor for TJ hockenson and Greg dortch while I could
well obviously
Believing that Hockenson is an elite TE is like believing in Santa Claus
Yo momma
How does this effect Marloโฆ. ๐๐ผโฆ.. shut up.
Now myself drafting him doesnโt look so bad
Think I got him in the sixth round
Compensation update: Hockenson is getting a 4-year, $68.5M contract. The $17.125 million annual average and $42.5M guarantee are the highest for a tight end in NFL history (via @AdamSchefter).
Kyle Pitts is licking his chops as we speak
First njoku now hock, mid TEs are running to the bank man
I remember the days when RBs were getting the bag and TEs were getting peanuts
Heโs not an awful pick in a vacuum. Heโs a god awful pick considering opportunity cost
Brock Bowers gonna be a $100 million TE ๐
this includes significant red zone opportunities from both combined as well
Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why Why
Jacobs fighting for 12 mill lol
Wait for the next bargaining agreement. RBs arenโt holding back
WRs will be next with teams already replacing them with rookies
this trend likely only continues to increase as it has been

let me make my case for Hock - KOC paid josh oliver to be the blocking TE. Going back to his days with the Rams, he wants to run a lot of two TE sets. It's not going to be the same offense as last year, Hock will be locked in as essentially the WR2. The upside to put the WR2 who's running with a ton of double-teams on Jefferson is huge to get at your TE position
How do you think this makes Jefferson feel?
