It depends on if you can afford to wait for CMC to return; you should only trade if you're weak at wr and/or you need wins now to get back into playoff contention

If ur good enough to make the playoffs then just wait on CMC. I'd send a counter with Etienne and ask the guy how much more he'd need for Harrison
