He’s played well enough to start somewhere else next year! No way he resigns with Pittsburgh after getting benched mid season. Hang tight Dynasty!

I think he actually does resign and is the starter next year or later this yr again, Tomlin has done whatever he wants this yr and has worked, think he wants to coach him hard and humble him. He understands what it’s like to gameplan defensively so 4 or 5 games of fields as their qb on tape has led to Russ coming in and giving them a completely different look which has given them an edge over their opponent. Now if defenses start to adjust and shade a safety to Pickens and make Russ take shorter throws or make Jefferson or Austin consistently beat someone maybe Russ takes a step back but so far so good and mike Williams might make that a mute point although idk what he’s got left. Russ has to lose a couple games before they’d go back to fields. But I think Fields likes Pittsburgh and they like him, could be wrong.
