Lol he had a game that was as good with fields and he had at LEAST 2 tds called back or penalties that wiped his catches. I was happy to see russ trying to air out moonballs too, but if that was ANY other wr catching from russ he'd have had a few interceptions lmao that one catch was 100% Pickens on an underthrown moon ball. I didn't REALLY see any genuine touch that was short or slightly over...muth also had to catch a long gain on a long reach that a wr wouldn't have gotten if they weren't his length lol. Fields and russ are different styles and different methods entirely. I'm not ready to glaze russ yet when it's clear the team played better overall than they have lately which is 90% of the success. Russ does this two maybe 3 more times and gets his moonballs dialed in, then I'll give him props. But one game where his recievers did him ALL the favors and had ALL the luck they didn't have on Pickens with fields doesn't constitute the job won yet imo. Coach looked pretty disgusted with a few of his misses and overthrown balls.
