I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to see you retire. You had a rough start in the NFL, waiting for your chance to shine, but you never gave up hope. And now, here you are, thriving as the Texans’ star receiver. You are even amazing off the field—humble, hardworking, a leader for the team. Sometimes I even call you WR1 in my heart. I forever dread and weep at the thought of the day you hang up your cleats. I would sacrifice my own life if it were the only thing that could put a smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy and heartbreak over the years as a Texans fan. I remember when the franchise struggled to find hope, but then you emerged, and it felt like the clouds parted.
