Like seriously what does your wide receiver depth look like if you added 3 running backs off of waivers from the same team. What are you going to do on bye weeks
Steele or Irving? Currently have Steele but Irving is intriguing
If the question is who do I stash on my bench Steele or Allen or Irving. It’s Allen or Irving. Much higher ceilings. Allen also has flex appeal already but if you need high volume Steele looks like he’s going to get that in the short term
Once hunt is in the picture all of the KC back values could take a hit as they try to figure things out and ride the hot hand

Think we’re all forgetting there’s a reason Kareem Hunt was jobless. He might have a little bit left in the tank, but the move was more depth than anything. He’s not going to come in and take 30% of the snaps. I see him as a 5-7 snaps per game player. Steele/Perine control this backfield.
But I could see them frustratingly giving him some touches just to see for a week or two
So is Steele starting for now? Or they gonna how the hunt?

Just based on the fact he’s getting the volume it’s good to have him and hope you get some TDs in a great offense but he’s not likely going to break out with big plays

Because when bye weeks come you can be surprised how having 5 to choose from you might start one you didn’t expect by starting the highest guy that week also

Yeah man if you have two tight ends or something or two qbs in a 1qb that’s the best place to make room. But you def want that rb2
