Pacheco is gonna play. Doubt he’ll get 50+ percent of the work tho. It’s first game back. His second week back he’ll likely be back to a full work load

I could see them doing what Washington did with Brian Robinson a couple weeks ago when they had 2 games in quick succession (inactive Sun then active Thur) So that he doesn’t play twice in 4-5 days the first week back. Seems to be something teams do now with all the Thursday / Friday games. I am for sure biased as a Hunt owner, but the Chiefs don’t need to be full strength to throttle the Panthers. They could save the Pacheco element to unleash vs the divisional opponent Las Vegas. In this way, Pacheco would have perfectly fresh legs on a short week. It would also mean more recovery time for the next game. I know it’s not what you guys wanna hear, but it’s in the realm of possibility.

They gonna run a committee - Hunt and Pacheco owners are doomed. I would know - I have both.

I think Pacheco is gonna get at least a few snaps in against the Panthers even if they’re saving him for the Raiders game. Not like a few extra days of practice around the holidays is gonna do anything for him.

It's the Panthers. There's literally no reason to bring back your top rb against the worst team in the league. I kept Hunt for that reason alone.
