My league is a 12 team and the bottom 6 who miss the playoffs all have a lottery chance at the #1 pick. We go based off of regular season finish for odds at picks 1-6 and then the finish of the winners bracket decides picks 7-12. For instance whoever finishes last has a 30% chance at pick 1, second to last has a 25% chance, then 20%, then 15% then 8% then 2%

@CaRterA23 lowest Max PF is best imo because it doesn’t allow teams to tank without actually having a bad team. You don’t get reward with better draft pick for setting bad lineups. Apply that to teams that don’t make the playoffs. Teams that do get picks as they get eliminated out. Lower seed eliminated that week gets the earlier pick. And make sure it’s linear not snake
